Jin Qiaoer (b.1996) is an interdisciplinary artist, who primarily works with moving images and installation. Her works explore the subtle incongruities in living spaces and expose the internal contradiction and absurdity of a subject through the lenses of disjunction and invalidation.
Her works have been exhibited in Aotu Space (Beijing), the 6th Intermedia Art Festival (Ningbo), A4 Art Museum (Chengdu), Grantham Art prize exhibition in Imperial College (London) and Royal College of Art (London), Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art (Manchester), Trinity Video Square Gallery(Toronto), 401 Richmond St W (Toronto), etc.
